AnswerChoosing the Rolled / No Frame option means your artwork will be shipped rolled up in a secure tube, without a frame or any stretching. This option allows you to frame the piece locally, according to your personal taste or space.

Important Details:

• Rolled artwork does not come ready to hang.
• We include an additional 0.5-inch white border around the artwork to make framing easier.
• If you’re planning to gallery wrap your canvas (where the image extends around the sides of a frame), please contact us before placing your order — we can add an extra 2 inches of canvas for that purpose.

This is a flexible and cost-effective option, especially if you’d like to customize the presentation of your new art.

Rolled (Unframed) Art:

The artwork is carefully rolled between two layers of protective paper, and then placed inside our durable, mailing tube to keep it safe during transit.

Framed Art:

Framed pieces are wrapped in a protective paper, then securely cushioned with multiple layers of bubble wrap. They are placed in a strong flat corrugated box with additional padding to prevent any shifting or damage during shipping.
